Members agree to grant now and in the future to EduPay the unlimited right to use and reproduce without payment of any fee any material and/or imagery that the member has contributed. This term is a consequence of the nature of EduPay to advertise and distribute its members' services and information for the benefit of EduPay and its members.

You agree to defend, hold harmless, and expeditiously indemnify us from any and all liability, claim, loss, damage or expense arising out of your breach or violation of any covenant contained in this Policy, or resulting from your use of the service.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or demand made or incurred by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party relating to your use of the Service.
